A rich, deep yellow in appearance, with pale gold highlights, enriched by a long-lingering, delicate bead. On the nose, a fruit-rich complex of multi-faceted aromas expands impressively. Its maturation in large Austrian-oak ovals gives it a distinctive personality. Beautifully proportioned on the palate, it displays a remarkable balance between crisp fruit on the one hand and on the other subtle notes of toasted bread and petits fours. The lengthy finish is admirably clean and crisp. An exceptional aperitif wine, and delicious as well with antipasti, first courses of fish and shellfish.

Recommended tasting procedure

Fill the glass one-third full, then hold the glass at an angle against a white background to bring out all its colours. Swirl the wine slowly, stop, calmly breathe in the aromas. Then slowly swirl the wine again, and breathe in, at various moments.
Sip the wine, keeping some of it in our mouth so that the taste buds and palate can capture all the flavours, intensity, and fragrances.
