Straw yellow with pale green highlights. On the nose, multi-faceted fragrances of ripe melon and yellow orange, jasmine and camomile complement pungent rosemary and mountain-grown hay. Appealing and well-balanced on the palate, with lingering, aromatic melon and citrus that push through to a crisp finish hinting of dried almond. It displays a vibrant vein of minerality, gift of its valley terroir of origin.
Ideal served by itself as an aperitif wine, and delicious partnered with first courses, lighter meats, fish, and vegetables.

Recommended tasting procedure

Fill the glass one-third full, then hold the glass at an angle against a white background to bring out all its colours. Swirl the wine slowly, stop, calmly breathe in the aromas. Then slowly swirl the wine again, and breathe in, at various moments.
Sip the wine, keeping some of it in our mouth so that the taste buds and palate can capture all the flavours, intensity, and fragrances.
